constituent parts of video signal separated is taken
to the ultimate level by component video cable construction.
Three separate cables of our R63 interconnect cable
carry the picture's luminance information on the
one cable (Y), the red color information (Pr) on
the second, and the blue information (Pb) on the
third cable. The V63 cable has coaxial construction
with double shielded construction, including a Mylar
foil shield and high-density spiral copper shield
to protect the cable from the influence of magnetic
fields. A multi-strand oxygen-free copper center
conductor is surrounded by a low-loss polyethylene
foam dielectric to provide the best possible signal
transfer and true 75 Ohms impedance with very low
parasitic capacitance. This cable provides extremely
high picture quality because it separates the black-and-white
signal component from the color components of the
video, thereby preventing those signals from modulating
(distorting) each other. The four-cut ground sleeve
is 24-karat gold-plated for long-term durability
and maximum conductivity. The R63 cable is developed
for home theatre, DVD and HDTV Plasma screen applications
requiring superior quality and performance.
